W3-O was a part of MDA’s design panel for more than 2 years. During that period, we had an opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of BTL materials, offline and online.

As the government body that takes care of media community of Singapore, MDA’s challenge of maintaining a tough standard of creativity within and among the creative community as well was a constant challenge. At the same time, being a government body, we also need balance creativity with the unique demands of government personnel.
