1. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day account servicing and development of accounts as per client’s requirements
- Coordinate project activities between clients and production teams
- Maintain information flow to clients (Eg status updates, contact reports, timeline changes, budget requirements, etc)
- Manage accounts to ensure high quality deliverables and project deadlines are met
- Able to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines well under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant hands-on experience
- Degree/Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, MassComm or related field preferred
- Understanding of design and printing processes is a plus
- Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, organised and task-oriented
- Proficient, flexible, and a team player
- Excellent time management skills

2. WEB DEVELOPER/PROGRAMMER
We are searching for outstanding web developers to be responsible for developing innovative, well-structured digital projects, who is also looking to learn project management. Our web developers work closely with our project managers and design team members to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Programming and database administration are all elements of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Attend client meetings during the sales process and during development.
- Work with clients and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.
- Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes. Must have strong skills in Photoshop.
- Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to the team.
- Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays.
- Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients.
- Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
- Be actively involved in and contribute regularly to the development community of the CMS of your choice.
- Looking forward to learn about project management.
Required Skills:
- BS in Computer Science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS, HTML5+CSS3 and Jquery/JavaScript
- 2 years minimum Web programming experience, especially PHP
- 1 year minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL.
- Comfortable and familiar with using open source CMS.
- Development experience using extensible web authoring tools
- Experience developing and implementing open source software projects
- Self-starter with strong self-management skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Most importantly, effective to find solutions at all time!

3. GRAPHIC DESIGNER (CONTRACTUAL)
Responsibilities:
- Must have a “die hard” mentality in pursuing great works.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience for designer.
- Proficient in basic software like Photoshop, Illustrator and Freehand.
- Good knowledge in pre-press (typesetting and page layout etc).
- Good Digital Imaging skills.
- Good knowledge in P.O.P. and web design.
- Good Colour Management skills.
- Meticulous eye to little details.
